Refund Policy

1. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled booking date will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled booking date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking date will not be eligible for any refund.

4. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, the management reserves the right to offer a full refund or reschedule the booking.

5. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation.

6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.

7. Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer.
